What is the minimum order of bottles
that I can order?
Our minimum order is 240 bottles.
We can produce any quantity required above 240 bottles in even
case lots.

Can you split ship or drop ship to
more than one location?
YES! We can split ship your order to as many destinations as
you like. There is a low $7.50 charge for each additional drop
shipment
What is the typical production time required for my order?
We will normally ship within 10 to 12 business days from
our receipt of your signed art proof. Eight day RUSH service
is available for an additional charge.
Can we order a larger quantity to take advantage of price
breaks yet take delivery of smaller quantities over time?
If you don,t want to take delivery of a full order, we
will inventory your order FREE-OF-CHARGE in our warehouse (6
month maximum), and ship your order in any quantity, as you need
it. All you have to do is send us a fax and the requested quantity
will go out within one business day! This service is only available
for orders of 5000 bottles or more.
What is the shelf life of bottled water?
There are no published guidelines or regulations pertaining
to a legal shelf for bottled water. We do, however, recommend
that you consume your water within 2-years of the bottling date.
Will you sell us empty bottles?
YES! There are two ways to purchase empty bottles:
With Label we can produce custom, pre-labeled empty bottles,
which can be filled at your location at a later date. We will
ship the matching caps in bulk boxes along with your order. Please
subtract $.06(T) per bottle when ordering empty labeled bottles.
Without Label Bulk bottles are available in pallet quantities
only. Please call for pricing.
Can you tell me something about your water quality?
Following is a summary of the purification process used
by Heartland Bottling:
Step 1
ACTIVATED CARBON
Water passes through an activated carbon bed to
assure neutral aroma and flavor.
Step 2 REVERSE
OSMOSIS
The water is then highly purified by reverse osmosis,
removing both chemical biological contaminants
Step 3 MIXED
ION BEDS
Next, the water passes through mixed ion beds
removing any remaining trace minerals
Step 4 ULTRA
VIOLET LIGHT
Exposure to ultra violet light sterilizes and maintains
biological purity
Step 5 SUB-MICRON
FILTRATION
Finally, the water is sub-micron filtered eliminating any
remaining particles larger than 0.2 microns in size
Heartland water is one of the purest, if not THE purest, water
in the industry. It is tested weekly by an independent laboratory.
What are your payment requirements?
If you have never placed an order with Heartland Bottling
before, your first order will require pre-payment. We accept
Visa, Mastercard or company check. Most customers receive Net
30 terms for all subsequent orders after submitting a completed
credit application. Please contact us with any additional questions
regarding ordering/payment procedures.
Will I have art approval before the order is produced?
YES! You will receive an order confirmation and an art
proof via fax or emailed JPEG file usually within 1 business
day of placing your order. All you have to do is make any necessary
changes or sign your approval on the form and fax it back to
us. We will not produce the order until we have a signed art
proof on file from you. If you do not have access to a fax machine,
you can respond to the email noting changes in the body of you
message. An optional color laser proof is available for spot
color jobs via Federal Express for a charge of $20.
For 4-color process orders, a Fuji Digital color proof will be
sent to you Via Next Day Air at NO CHARGE.
Are there any charges if I want to cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled prior to final art approval.
Cancelled orders will incur a 5% cancellation charge.
